Medikal arrested for displaying a gun on social media
rapper Medikal, real name Samuel Adu Frimpong, has been detained.
The rapper was detained for brandishing a pistol on social media, according to information available to this site.
It may be remembered that a few months ago, the rapper proudly displayed his new Ruger American Pistol.
His arrest came just hours after Shatta Wale, a dancehall star, was remanded in custody for a week.
Shatta Wale was detained after it was discovered that accusations made by members of his team that he had been shot were false.
On October 26, he is anticipated to return to court, at which point investigators will have acquired enough evidence to prosecute the case.
