As we count down to the Black Stars' March 2025 games, here are the key issues that need to be addressed

Technical Team Overhaul: Assemble a well-experienced technical team to support the head coach.

Captaincy: Give the armband to Thomas Partey

Jersey Number: Let Kudus Mohammed return to his preferred No. 20 jersey

Team Manager: Appoint a competent team manager

Psychologist: Hire a psychologist, as suggested by Kwesi Nyantekyi

Pure Striker: Bring back a pure striker with African football mentality, like Afena Gyan

Otto Addo's Focus: Ensure Otto Addo is more serious and avoids interference

Kurt Okraku's Role: Restrict GFA President Kurt Okraku's involvement to prevent distractions; he should focus on his CAF Executive Member position.

Technical Team Support: Surround Otto Addo with more experienced technical team members who can provide tactical expertise.

Decision-Making: Encourage Otto Addo to listen to his tacticians, not the GFA. GFA members should remain in their offices and support the team from afar
